To get the best results drink at least 4 cups of Brewed Green Tea per day. One suggestion would be, not to drink the tea after 3-4pm until you know if the caffeine in the tea will keep you from sleeping. There are non-caffeinated versions if preferred.

Finally, the last ingredient of this weight loss recipe is a Balance Diet. Too many calories, fat or carbs can undo any of the benefits of the tea, exercise combo. Just stick to a simple plan of :

Breakfast = 75% protein /25% grain or 50% dairy /50% grains
